(A) SYMPTOM: INCOMPLETE FILL
Cause: Insufficient Volume
Solution: Add Rubber
Cause: Trapped Air
Solution: Space Out Rubber
(B) SYMPTOM: TEARING
Cause: Insufficient Volume
Solution: Add Rubber
Cause: Too High Pressure
Solution: Increase Rubber Thickness (Recommended Pressure for Auto Mold at 10-40T, Manual Mold at 80-130T)
Cause: Over Cure
Solution: Reduce Cure Time (Recommended Cure Time at 300-400 Sec)
(C) SYMPTOM: STICKING
Cause: Poor Cure
Solution: Increase Cure Time, Increase Mold Temperature, Rubber Sheet is still Frozen
(D) SYMPTOM: INSUFFICIENT CLEANING PERFORMANCE
Cause: Insufficient Rubber
Solution: Add Cut Rubber at Cavity Edge
